Just Ink Services offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that all original and compatible cartridges that we sell are free of defects and will work in the printers they were designed to work in.
We understand problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken. Please read the below on how to proceed with a return.

- We will email you a Return Request Form which needs to be completed and emailed back to us.
- We will acknowledge your email and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
- If your return was not approved, you will receive an email with additional questions to clarify the request.
Products damaged on Delivery
Should you receive your product and find that it has been damaged or is missing any parts/ accessories at the time of delivery/collection, please notify us within 7 days by following the Returns Process. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge.
Faulty or damaged products may be exchanged within 6 months of the original purchase date. In order to return a product to receive a replacement or refund, the cartridge must be at least 60% full.
Unwanted Product/Ordered the Wrong Item
If you have ordered the wrong product, or no longer want the product you have purchased, you can exchange or request a full refund as long as the Compatible or Original packaging has not been damaged, opened or any seals are broken and request for the exchange/refund falls within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Shipping costs are for the customer’s account.
Preparing your Product for a Return
- Please ensure that all accessories/box/packaging that were sold with the product are returned with the product.
- Please package your product securely with bubble wrap for protection during transit.
- Clearly mark your return on the outside of the parcel with the Return Reference Number we will send you.
Failure to adhere to these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in your return being declined.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.
Refunds will be made by us, within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products. We will do our best to refund you in the method in which you paid.
This Policy forms part of the Just ink services Terms and Conditions and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
